*Subject:* [Massplanners] Housing Production Plans

Hi all

A member of the Harvard Select Board (and Chair of Housing Trust) has asked
me to reach out to the listserv and ask about recently completed Housing
Production Plans.

If you have recently (2-4 years) had your plan completed, can you share
with us:

   1. How much your plan cost. $25,000. We are starting a new plan now.
Ours is good through October 2022.
   2. How long the process took. 6 months last time. Estimated 6 months
   again.
   3. Who developed the plan (consultant, town, or hybrid)? Jen Goldson
   4. If consultant, who did you use? Yes
   5. Were you satisfied with the work of the consultant? Absolutely.
   6. How much public outreach you included. If over COVID, did Zoom work
well? We are going to do hybrid meetings.

Thanks in advance.

Chris R.
