Good Morning All:

The City of Greenfield is looking into amending its sign regulations relative to sandwich board signs and electronic messaging signage.  I am looking for information on the following:

- Does your community require approval from a municipal entity (Licensing Commission, Board of Public Works, etc.) to allow sandwich board signs and projecting signs to be placed over or within within the public ROW?;
- Does your community's sign regulations have standards for sandwich board signs;
- Does your community have standards for electronic messaging signage?

Thank you in advance for any information you can provide.  Also, if you have a really good bylaw or ordinance on signage, please forward a copy or link to them.
