Hello Mass Planners,

Do any of you work in a community where bonds are required for Site Plan Approvals?

For example, if a project is approved and not all of the conditions are met, are you able to collect a bond in the amount it would cost to complete those conditions. Do your regulations give you the authority do this?

I am looking to amend Leominster's Zoning ordinance to permit the bonding of Site Plan projects, and would be greatly appreciative if you could provide me examples of such language.

Thank you for your time.

Regards,
