<p class="MsoNormal">For example, if a project is approved and not all of the conditions are met, are you able to collect a bond in the amount it would cost to complete those conditions. Do your regulations give you the authority do this?

<p class="MsoNormal">I am looking to amend Leominster’s Zoning ordinance to permit the bonding of Site Plan projects, and would be greatly appreciative if you could provide me examples of such language.<o:p></o:p></p>
