The language of the adopted bill, Section 20(f) reads:

"Notwithstanding said section 20 of said chapter 30A, if this section does
not take effect until after June 15, 2021, a public body may provide for
remote meetings as specified in this section and any action taken
thereof shall be ratified, validated and confirmed as if this section had
been in place."

Taken with the rest of Section 20, I conclude that all public meetings
conducted in accordance with Section 20 of Chapter 30A (the "Open Meeting"
law) can continued to be conducted as we have been - in person, exclusively
through remote conferencing, or a hybrid thereof; further, any meetings
conducted on June 15 (after the provisions of Chapter 53 of the Acts of
2020 had lapsed, but before this bill's adoption into law) are
considered to be legal and valid.

That's my take on it, at least...

- Doug.
