[Massplanners] Short-Term Rentals Decision

Good morning all,

I’ve tried a couple of times to send this today, but I goofed. Anyway, I’m sending a link to the court reporter page where a new hot-off-the-presses opinion is listed involving a short-term rental case in Lynnfield. The court decided that as amended in 2016, Lynnfield’s zoning does not allow short-term rentals. Take a look because it’s really interesting. There’s a related case involving a wrongful death claim against the owner of the home used as a short-term rental. Both cases are linked below.
