[Massplanners] Examples of a Comp Permit

Hello Planning Friends and Colleagues,

Hudson is pursuing the redevelopment of an old police station into affordable housing (yay!), which will be accomplished via the "friendly 40-B" process. If any of you have an example of a comp permit to share, I would be forever grateful.
