Hi Alex,

Coalition for a Better Acre uses Wendy Cohen of New Seasons Development LLC
<http://www.newseasonsdevelopment.com/> who is very skilled at helping with
financial proformas for affordable housing projects and providing project
management support. Wendy has a lot of experience supporting CDCs, I'm not
sure if she has provided consulting support to a municipality regarding
affordable housing. Maybe a good interview/RFP question!

I know Maura Comosse Tsongas of Stone Soup LLC is also in the affordable
housing consulting field and provides advice to MACDC's working groups on
the occasion. CBA has not worked with Maura on a project.
