Good morning!

In 2015, Framingham adopted amendments to CB District Zoning & Map to
encourage TOD development, with excellent support from MAPC and a
subcontractor team. The city's TOD web page
<https://www.framinghamma.gov/260/Transit-Oriented-Development>provides
background and useful links.

The amended CB zoning code includes CB design standards. The work also
generated CB design guidelines, adopted as Article 1 of the 7/25/19
Framingham Planning Board Project Review Guidelines
<https://webapps.framinghamma.gov/WebLink/ElectronicFile.aspx?docid=1249449&dbid=0&repo=Framingham>
.

Please let me know of any questions.

*Sincerely,*
