[Massplanners] Re "webinar" for public meetings

Greetings from Edgartown!

*ATTN: Board administrators and assistants:*

In trying to determine whether we should (at what feels like a very late
stage in the game) go to a 'webinar' format for our online meetings, I
would like to know what other towns and cities are doing.

To that end, I put together a quick-and-dirty survey with a few basic
questions.  Could you take twenty seconds out of your day to respond?
