[Massplanners] SEEKING - Examples of RFQ for Business District Redevelopment Plan

Good morning -

Hoping someone out there has a really great RFQ they'd be willing to
share.  I'm hoping to issue an RFQ for a consultant to help amend and
update our business district plan.  Areas will include water, wastewater,
energy, aesthetics, transportation, parking, etc.
