[Massplanners] Cap on Filing Fees

Hi Everyone, I am reviewing our special permit fee schedule and would like to know if your community has a cap on filing fees.  Currently we charge $.25 per square foot, so if it is a new construction special permit of 225,000 sf the fee would be $56,250.  I'm just wondering if that is something other communities charge or do you have a cap on the fee not to exceed a certain amount.
