[Massplanners] Policy and Planning Class and Lit Recommendations

I'm new to MA and while I'm learning a lot through these emails, I was wondering if anyone had any helpful classes or literature (planning or law) they could recommend to help me become more familiar with MA government and policy?

Just trying to get my bearings in my new state.
