<p class="MsoNormal">I would say make it 100% of the units to be 55+ per HUD allowance through HOPA!, that what we did for our SHV that we got approved this year (not an overlay more so like a PDD based on acreage within a Residential District). If the intent
it is for seniors, I would make sure your ordinance is intertwined with the Federal law. No clue where ADU\u2019s fall into all this either.<o:p></o:p></p>
