consultant or team to work collaboratively with the City\u2019s Planning and
Community Development Department and the City\u2019s Economic and Community
Development Council (ECDC) to create an Economic Development Action Plan. The
Economic Development Action Plan will build on recent planning work to identify
implementation strategies, related actions, and community partnerships to meet
the City\u2019s broad economic development goals outlined in the City\u2019s Master Plan
and fulfills a commitment by the Mayor of Beverly at his last inauguration.
