<b><a href="https://sites.tufts.edu/plannerlecture/">Massachusetts Distinguished Planner Lecture
</a></b>was initiated in 2023 as a collaboration between APA-MA and the Massachusetts Planning Schools to provide a forum for a distinguished planner nearing the end of their career to share their reflections on their experiences and the profession with the
 broader planning community, and particularly with planning students.  </span><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;color:#242424">All Massachusetts planners and planning students are invited to attend the Lecture, during which the
 speaker will deliver remarks that offer words-of-wisdom for emerging practitioners and reflections that even the most accomplished among us will be able to appreciate.</span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="elementtoproof" style="margin-bottom:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;color:#242424">Our distinguished lecturer this year is
<b>Gail Latimore, Executive Director of the Codman Square Neighborhood Development Corporation</b>.  Gail has been a major figure on Boston neighborhood development for more than 25 years, having served as a founding board member of the Dudley Street Neighborhood
 (DSNI), as a board member of the Massachusetts Association of Community Development Corporations, and in many other leadership positions.
