 Act). </span></i><i><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;mso-ligatures:none">Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis and are open to all MBTA communities that have not yet adopted zoning intended to comply with the Act, and/or
