Program, the MassWorks Infrastructure Program, the Brownfields Redevelopment Fund, the Site Readiness Program, and/or the Underutilized Properties Program. All other Community One Stop for Growth programs will take noncompliance with Section 3A into consideration

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">When I was in Milton, we had been awarded a grant from the Seaport Economic Council that was awarded with the contingency of compliance. When the Town fell out of compliance after the referendum vote, that
grant award was rescinded. That programs is associated with EOED and I would imagine other funding from that Office to come with the same award contingence. The Transportation Improvement Program also has points and a multiplier attached to sites “included
within a Section #a ‘MBTA Communities’ zoning district” in some of their scorecards.

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">From my experience with the Town, I would read section 2 in the Determinations of Compliance section “Determinations of compliance also may inform other funding decisions by EOED, EOHLC, the MBTA and other
state agencies which consider local housing policies when evaluating applications for discretionary grant programs or making other discretionary funding decisions” broadly, and assume that all discretionary state programs relevant to housing to be covered
by that section. </span><o:p></o:p></p>
