<p class="xmsonormal">The EOHLC has now posted the Official version of the Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) regulations. The ADU statute, in addition to the regulations, are now in effect. Please use the versions that are on the ADU website, linked below. You
must download the Official Regulation version that was published by the Secretary of the Commonwealth on Friday 1/31/25 – if you downloaded an earlier, “unofficial” version please make sure you have the Official version.
