new law (similar to MBTA)? If so, even though it says it goes into effect in February, without the regs wouldn’t it be paused until those are final? And one would think the state would have understood that the effective date precedes most community's Town
Meeting season. I suspect the antis will have a field day if we are expected to call a special town meeting over the holidays to deal with this. Seems like poor, ahem, planning.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
