<p class="x_MsoPlainText"><span style="font-family:"Aptos",sans-serif">Can anyone confirm if the ADU legislation in the Housing Bond Bill takes effect in February 2025 or if it is in effect upon the Governor’s signing? I am seeing that Section 143 of the law
(Chapter 150 of the Acts of 2024) states that Section 8 (which amends c. 40A §3 to allow ADU by right) “shall take effect 180 days after the effective date of this act.”
