<p class="MsoNormal">Does anyone have any knowledge or experience with a developer requesting an extension on an expired definitive subdivision approval?<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">A developer is purchasing a property in town, where the former owner had an approved definitive subdivision plan (with reduced frontage), but never finished the project, and let the approval expire last March. The new owner wants the Planning
Board to grant an extension on the original approval retroactively, to basically finish where the former owner left off.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Any insight on whether this is allowed or not, or just dealing with a similar situation is greatly appreciated.<o:p></o:p></p>
