<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:Gadugi,sans-serif">We’ve seen an uptick of definitive subdivision applications coming in to just create frontage for a new single-family dwelling lot and waive all the SRR requirements. The Board nor DPW or Fire
are keen on this so I’m looking into a different avenue for this type of project to be permitted through. Realizing that people may be looking to downsize but can’t afford to move anywhere else, this may be a good alternative to allow them to stay in Town.
