<p class="MsoNormal">Our Town does not have a planner so I, as the Vice Chair of the Planning Board (I serve as both elected Town Clerk and elected Planning Board member), and the most experience on Planning Boards (over 18 years) become the defacto planner
but with no education or planner experience. My question is as follows:<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">We have a subdivision that was approved in the late 1990’s to early 2000’s but has not been completed to date. There has not been any activity there for over 20 years.

<p class="MsoNormal">How long do developers have to complete the approved subdivision work? Would we need new plans from them, and start the process over, if they continue to build the development as approved over 20 years ago? Would we need new plans from
