<div dir="auto">A "negative determination" means the building, being over 75 years old, had no historical relevance. In this case, the interior and exterior had been extensively modified over the years. I have photos they provided showing the interior conditions.
The building was actually the barn on the site, not the original residence.

<div dir="auto">I know he is trying to sell, the developer was an architect who had hoped to move to the design/build field. He is now partnered with the real estate team marketing the project. </div>

This is a very nice example of a two-story mixed-use building designed to fit within the Dennisport character and offering 24 units of housing, 6 of them affordable. </div>

On the powerpoint, the architects say they obtained a 5-0 decision from the Dennis Historical Commission on 2/7/22 for "negative determination" to declare existing building "significant historic structure." How did they get around this?</div>
