Some MA Towns and Cities have adopted general bylaws for this purpose, others have adopted zoning bylaws. There seem to be model bylaws of each type. Can anyone with experience in drafting or implementing or enforcing STR bylaws offer any insight into whether general or zoning is preferred? Thanks in advance. </span>
