teams. The program prerequisites include:<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l0 level1 lfo3"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Tw Cen MT",sans-serif">Municipalities should show a commitment to racial equity, receive leadership backing in the program, and ensure their municipal team representatives
actively participate in all in person sessions at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, while collaborating with peer municipalities.<o:p></o:p></span></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l0 level1 lfo3"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Tw Cen MT",sans-serif">Municipalities are asked to provide a $5,000 participation fee (either in whole or split by $2,500 between two fiscal years) and provide
a signed affirmation ensuring active participation and provision of necessary resources to support their REACH goals.

still exists, and yet, as a society, we are paying less and less attention to it. However, the urgency to address racial inequity remains undiminished. It is in this reality that MAPC introduces the Racial Equity Advancement & Collaborative Hub (REACH). REACH
is a training and peer learning initiative that supports <b>municipal government efforts</b> to create inclusive and equitable municipal environments and actions.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
