and the ability to work well with state and local officials, consultants, technical professionals, and volunteers to serve as Town Planner. This beautiful residential community provides a peaceful setting less than 20 miles from downtown Boston. Applicants
must be able to work collaboratively with colleagues and volunteers as well as to work independently.
</span><span style="font-size:14.0pt">The Town Planner works under the direction of a five-member Planning Board and has myriad responsibilities, including serving as lead contact working with consultants to initiate and complete FY24 initiatives, overseeing
the operations of the Planning Board office, providing advice and direction to the Planning Board regarding land use decisions, and making recommendations to other Town boards and committees.
