The MA Downtown Initiative Program provides technical assistance through consultant services for all areas related to creating a sustainable downtown or town center. The program provides the consultant services so no RFP process. The MA Downtown Initiative
is part of the Community One- Stop Application (Due date 6.2.23). It is a very simple project completion part of the application. The current
<b class="x_ContentPasted0">proposed</b> state budget has allocated additional funding to the MA Downtown Initiative Program. </p>
