town ultimately accepts the subdivision roadway that it will
have been constructed properly, we also use the attached Pre-
Construction document.</font></font></p>
<p><font size="4"><font face="Times New Roman">Of course, the
Subdivision Inspector needs to be present during the entire
pavement placement process. Even the most diligent and well
intentioned developer of the highest integrity can fall victim
to a less that reputable paving subcontractor.</font></font></p>

report, etc. The goal is to make sure paving of
subdivisions are of good quality and permission is
received before starting. Does anyone have an example
form/checklist their municipality uses for paving
requests/projects? </span></p>
