<p class="MsoNormal">In fairness, maybe there is a misunderstanding as to the question. It primarily applies to what will be public infrastructure, not parking lots for commercial buildings or large apartment complexes, etc, which may be your focus. (Private
driveways and maybe a few other situations may also may benefit from the same oversight as a consumer protection concept.)<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Things like tonnage slips can also be beneficial to the developer to justify/backup bond reduction requests.

document will have things like slips of material and tonnage, equipment, <span class="contentpasted0"><span style="background:white">sieve analysis,</span></span> compaction report, etc. The goal is to make sure paving of subdivisions are of good quality and
permission is received before starting. Does anyone have an example form/checklist their municipality uses for paving requests/projects? <o:p></o:p></span></p>
