The Dennis Planning Board is looking to establish, as condition of approvals, a timeframe, perhaps two or five years from approval the final paving must be completed. Anyone have such a policy?<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Also, to go along with that, they Board is looking to make a recommendation to the Select Board that all site construction projects, from septic systems to new home construction include a requirement, as part of the Board of Health or Building Department approvals that bonds be posted to ensure repair to damage that results from heavy equipment accessing the site. This would include damage to the road surface as well as curbing.
