Whately is in the process of developing materials for implementation of<br>
the Floodplain Bylaw and would appreciate any examples of application<br>
forms, procedural guidance for applicants, and any enabling procedures<br>
or regulations that your community has established - especially those<br>
relating to separating out projects that pose minimal flood risk.<br>
<br>
We would also appreciate hearing about any pitfalls of implementation<br>
and practices that have proven helpful - especially from communities<br>
like ours where the Building Inspector is not on the town staff and<br>
can't serve as the Floodplain Administrator.<br>
