<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Hello! Planning is proposing a parking amendment at our upcoming Town Meeting, one of the requirements we have placed in the off-street parking is the requirement for new multifamily buildings and nonresidential
developments over 20,000 sf will have to provide 10% of the parking as EV Charging stations and an additional 10% shall be compatible with EV parking in the future.

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">My question is since cars do not need to charge for the full shift of an employee (8-hour shift) is the expectation that the employee will move their car to another spot to free up the EV charging station
or do they unplug but stay parked for the whole day?<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Are you aware if any employers charge their employees or visitors for EV charging?
