We have a large 40B development pending MassHousing comments and Eligibility Review.  We are interested in making sure that we don't qualify for safe harbor due to the areas in use for affordable housing in town.  Has anyone worked with a consultant who does
 this calculation?  It's very specific and GIS heavy, exceeding our in house capacity.</div>
