<p class="MsoNormal">Brookline pays the cost of noticing the Planning Board public hearings for Warrant Articles. We bundle the ads, though, so there is no difference in the cost of 1 warrant article notice vs 5 warrant article notices. We wait until the warrant
closes, identify all of the zoning articles, and then schedule them all for the same public hearing date in one big ad. Then if the hearing goes too long, we just continue any unfinished PHs to a future date.<o:p></o:p></p>

(s)? The property owner? The municipality? Here is Hudson this cost is borne by my Department’s Ad budget; and, as you all know, the cost for legal ads adds up quick. Lately, we are getting a lot of petitioned articles (many we don’t even support), and this
cost is wiping out my budget.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
