open. </span></span><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"><br>
<span class="break-words"> </span><br>
<span class="break-words">The Community One Stop for Growth is a streamlined application portal and collaborative review process of community development grant programs (including <a href="https://www.mass.gov/service-details/massworks-infrastructure-program">MassWorks</a>).
The EOI allows an organization to seek guidance on their prospective project ideas from the Executive Office of Housing and Economic Development (EOHED) & partner agencies before submitting a full application.</span><br>
<span class="break-words"> </span><br>
<span class="break-words">Applicants can now begin working on full applications in preparation for submission in May. Also, applicants may submit one (1) EOI form for the FY24 Round. All EOI forms may include up to two (2) project proposals, however forms submitted
prior to 11:59 PM on February 3, 2023 may include a total of five (5) projects. The EOI period closes on March 17, 2023. The EOI must be submitted via the IGX system.</span><br>
