Soldier On</a>, a project sponsor/developer who has done some incredible work, including an upcoming project in Tewksbury, and others completed in Pittsfield, Chicopee, Agawam, and Northampton. Their experience with DHCD and affordable housing seems to make
them a great choice, but I also wanted to see if there were any others to consider.<o:p></o:p></p>
