<p class="MsoNormal">At this time, Watertown’s Zoning does not specifically regulate either of these uses and they do not fit into the typical definition for a retail use. Based on this, these uses would not be allowed in any of the commercial or mixed-use
Zoning Districts. No one has requested this type of use within an industrial zone so there has not been a determination made at this time. Without a retail or commercial business plan to provide onsite retail use, these appear to be categorized as warehouse
or for the ‘restaurant’ perhaps an industrial category with kitchen/caterer ‘manufacturing’ with delivery.<o:p></o:p></p>

sometimes called cloud kitchens, dark kitchens, or virtual food halls)? We know Newton has been exploring this, but wondering if others are as well.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
