Truro intends to issue an RFP for Master Planning consulting services for a 70-acre Town-owned property.  I am trying to get a sense of cost so that I can plan for funding.  Has anyone had recent experience with procuring services of this sort, and if so, could

 you provide your contract costs or ranges? </div>
