<p class="MsoNormal">The City of Attleboro is seeking to hire a company to scan all of our Planning Board, Zoning Board, and Conservation Commission paper files and plans and to create a usable database of said scans (as well as a method for adding new applications
to the database). We would like a non-proprietary system, so that it is simply handed over to us to manage at the end of the job.
