<p>For those that have experience dealing with proposals to expand wireless telecommunications facilities that fall under Section 6409 (FCC determination of types of expansion that are to be viewed as "insubstantial"), is a 6'8" x 6'8" "Walk in Cabinet" a normal
sized equipment cabinet? Under Section 6409, modifications are "substantial" if:<br>

<p>(3) it involves installation of more than the standard number of new equipment cabinets for the technology involved, but not to exceed four cabinets;</p>
<p><br>
</p>
<p>I do wish the FCC had included a list of definitions somewhere for Section 6409.<br>
