I am hoping that some of you that work for municipalities on this list serve may have entered ground leases relative to municipal owned property that is being developed and utilized by a private party for multi-family housing with a large affordable component
(or otherwise).<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">I working for a municipality to evaluate its business deal with a developer and would welcome any or all of the following information:<o:p></o:p></p>
