<div dir="ltr">Hi Paul,<div><br></div><div>We did a survey of the software landscape with MAPC a few years ago looking for a system like what you describe that could track ongoing stormwater infrastructure maintenance requirements. Specifically wanted the permittees to be able to create user accounts and create standardized stormwater maintenance plans that could then be approved and locked by the town staff. Then after permitting we wanted permittees to be able to log in and submit their maintenance reports, and have an easy interface for the town staff to remind permittees about missing or inadequate reports. We also wanted this system to be relatively cheap, and easy for the towns to implement.</div><div><br></div><div>We frankly didn't find much at that time, and went on to outline the technical requirements of what our ideal system might have with the idea that we might eventually hire someone to build and maintain it with MAPC likely serving as the host. We never actually moved forward with building it though we still think about it from time to time.</div><div><br></div><div>We would be very interested in hearing about it if anyone knows about an existing product like the one you describe. Also if no such thing exists, we would love to know if there are towns anywhere in the state that would be interested in having such a system (which might push us to try to put it together with MAPC).</div><div><br></div><div>Thanks!</div><div><br></div><div><div><div dir="ltr" data-smartmail="gmail_signature"><div dir="ltr"><div><div dir="ltr"><div>Ian Cooke<br>Executive Director<br>Neponset River Watershed Association<br>2173 Washington Street<br>Canton, MA 02021<br>781-575-0354 x 305</div></div></div></div></div></div><br></div></div><br><div class="gmail_quote"><div dir="ltr" class="gmail_attr">On Fri, Oct 1, 2021 at 12:37 PM Paul Halkiotis via MassPlanners <<a href="mailto:massplanners@masscptc.org" target="_blank">massplanners@masscptc.org</a>> wrote:<br></div><blockquote class="gmail_quote" style="margin:0px 0px 0px 0.8ex;border-left:1px solid rgb(204,204,204);padding-left:1ex"><div><div style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;font-size:12pt;color:rgb(0,0,0)"><div><div id="gmail-m_6673726930778756932gmail-m_1329827453815555412zimbraEditorContainer" style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;font-size:12pt;color:rgb(0,0,0)"><div> <div style="color:rgb(0,0,0);font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;font-size:16px;font-style:normal;font-variant-ligatures:normal;font-variant-caps:normal;font-weight:400;letter-spacing:normal;text-align:start;text-indent:0px;text-transform:none;white-space:normal;word-spacing:0px;background-color:rgb(253,253,253);text-decoration-style:initial;text-decoration-color:initial">Good Afternoon,</div><div style="color:rgb(0,0,0);font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;font-size:16px;font-style:normal;font-variant-ligatures:normal;font-variant-caps:normal;font-weight:400;letter-spacing:normal;text-align:start;text-indent:0px;text-transform:none;white-space:normal;word-spacing:0px;background-color:rgb(253,253,253);text-decoration-style:initial;text-decoration-color:initial">The Town of Norwood is looking for examples of software that will notify the Town land use departments and property owners issued various types of permits about compliance with conditions of approval.
