Hi Erin,
I remember loving THIS<https://www.mass.gov/doc/outdoor-dining-retail-toolkit/download> when it came out. Check out “Part 2: Building your own toolkit or resources" starting on page 55
Also, you may wish to consider reaching out to Jeff Dugan at the Mass Office on Disabilities (MOD) to see if he has any helpful resources to share.
Keep up all the great work you're doing in Beverly!
Sincerely,
Maureen

Subject: [Massplanners] Outdoor Dining and Retail Vending Accessibility Guide
Hello Planners,
Has anyone seen a really great accessibility guide for retail and restaurants?
Our retailers and restaurants are allowed to utilize public sidewalks for vending, outdoor dining etc. While we have the regulations and associated graphics, I am looking for a comprehensive graphical guide that talks about the regulations, case studies with real graphics, and a list of vendors and/or furniture that meets requirements. I think this would go a long way with our businesses who are trying to do the right thing.
I would love to know if one exists.
Thanks,
Erin Schaeffer
