All our applications are through our online permitting system and all applications and information submitted are available for public viewing.

Hello.
I'm wondering how many of you working in the public sector redact personal information (phone numbers, addresses, etc) from received applications before uploading to the town website?  Do any municipalities have written policies regarding redacting certain types of information before either releasing to the public or posting to the public website?   If so, what counts as "redactable?"  Emails?  Phone numbers? Addresses?  .....Certainly payment information should be redacted.
