[Massplanners] Bike share programs & helmets

Good afternoon fellow planners,

Concord has launched again this year the Minuteman Bike Share Program with Acton, Lincoln and Maynard.

A question that keeps coming up is whether the Town's can offer helmets as part of the bike rental since children are required to have them.

We have our Public Health Director looking into the sanitary issue, but does anyone know of another community that has a bike share program that also offers helmets?
