[Massplanners] Master Plan Update - EOHLC Outreach

Hi All -

I've been tasked with getting some very specific guidance on MGL 41, Section81D relating to master plan update.  I've tried to reach out to EOHLC via phone with no success due to the fact that I don't have a specific contact (phone system issue).  Any recommendations about a EOHLC contact from this group would be very helpful.  Thanks.
