Hi Samantha - I recently undertook a similar effort after finding that many developers encountering Inclusionary Zoning and seeking Affordable Housing Trust Fund support were unfamiliar with LAUs. While the following documents are works in progress that will continue to be updated and improved, they may be helpful:

Hi all,

I am looking at putting together an inclusionary Zoning/LAU Checklist/Guide here in town but hoping to not reinvent the wheel. I have pulled existing info from MHP and the basic state docs, but I was curious if anyone out there had anything they're put together for smaller developers who haven't done a development with IZ/LAUs before. We always refer them to a consultant, however I'd like something to help them understand the process that they can readily access online.
