[Massplanners] Housing Production Plan

The City of Worcester has been working with JM Goldson over the past year. Our HPP contract totals $112,161.00, which includes about $18k for a strategic plan for the Affordable Housing Trust Fund. Wrentham is looking to update theirs as well. When I went back and looked through the MassPlanners Listserv emails and then did a Google search, I found about 9 municipalities had recently updated their HPPs (2023 - present). So far I've found out the cost of 3 of them (~50K-68K). I've attached the list that I started to help you get started. I am requesting $55K from Wrentham's CPC to create ours.
